Our Church Family Welcomes Yours
We warmly invite all local churches to join us as we journey through Advent together, culminating in a traditional service celebrating the Nativity of our Lord. As one community of faith, we will also unite in prayer for refugees and for peace throughout our world.
The Church of the Holy Ghost, Genoa, Italy
The recipient of the offering.
The Church of the Holy has been providing Christian worship in English in the Italian city since 1814. Ever since the church has become a hub for the English- speaking people who call Genoa home. The church is also a center of hope for refugees who arrive in the city. The Church of the Holy Ghost is a symbol of the modern witness of the Anglican Communion, Christ Episcopal Church is excited to help them in their journey.
Silent Auction
Following the service, we will have a reception including a silent auction made up of pieces from local artists. The funds raised will be sent to the Anglican Church in Genoa, Italy to support their ministry “Neighbors in Need”, helping migrants, students, and all those called to God’s hope.
